18 Park Lane is a 28-storey residential building with 6-levels of basement carparking which was built with concrete walls & floors and aluminium framed windows.

SP85049 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1181334, Central Park East on the site of the previous Tooths Kent Street brewery. The complex consists of 8 strata schemes, SP87881, SP88565, SP89262, 89357, SP89904, SP89975, SP89976 and SP88765 and 3 other lots.

Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.

The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.

We have not had access to those records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
