50 Pemberton Street consists of 2 x 8 to 4-storey residential buildings above a basement carparking station, which were built in 2018 wth painted concrete walls, concrete floors, aluminium framed windows and a flat concrete rooves. We enclose a plan of the complex.

SP95489 (Tailor's Walk Stage 7) is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1231098 Tailor's Walk at 50-54 Pemberton Street. The complex once fully developed will consist of 7 residential strata schemes; at this stage four schemes SP95486, SP95487, SP95488 and SP95489 and a proposed commercial/retail Strata Scheme.

Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.

The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records.

We have not had access to those records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
