6 Beach Road is a 6-storey residential building built in 2016 with rendered brick walls, concrete floors & aluminium framed windows.

SP92045 is a part building strata scheme occupying a stratum parcel in DP1211700, Pacific Bondi Beach. The complex consists of five strata schemes; SP92042, SP92043, SP92044, SP92045 and SP92046, a carpark and 2 separate retail lots.

Management of shared facilities for the complex is undertaken by a Building Management Committee (BMC) which includes representatives of the owners of each of the stratum parcels.

The BMC is not a separate legal entity but it does maintain its own accounts, minutes and records. The BMC is managed by Acumen Strata Management.

We have not had access to the BMC records and make no comment as to the affairs of the BMC.
